Aerospace Technical Culture I extensively researched the future user base of a NASA handheld problem reporting device under development by my project team. We collected and analyzed user data at sites nationwide, including Space Shuttle and International Space Station locations at Cape Canaveral, Florida. As the project continued I continued to network to meet users, conducted on-site ethnography, moderated user studies, and kept rigorous documentation of all of it, totalling in the hundreds of pages. I now possess a comprehensive understanding of technical culture and problem reporting.
