Team Building First, bring together a team of people with a variety of backgrounds. There are three different types of engineering necessary to build a Minglebot. You'll need help with all three. The third type of engineering might seem unfamiliar in a robotics project. Don't neglect it! A little more work there could've gone a long way for us.
Phillip was a Masters in Electrical Engineering. Both Melissa and Jack had experience in woodworking, particularly Melissa. Melissa also had access to lab and woodshop space.	Hardware Engineering
Melissa was an Accelerated Masters in Human-Computer Interaction with a Bachelors in Computer Science. Phillip also could program in Flash.	Software Engineering
Jack was a Human-Computer Interaction Masters with a Bachelors in Cultural Anthropology. Both Melissa and Phillip knew old friends on campus who they could ask for help.	Social Engineering
