I managed the NASA team that initiated the project for Problem Reporting on PRACA Handhelds by Engineers and Technicians (PROPHET). Our mission, starting from scratch, was to research, design, implement, and test a fully functional prototype of a handheld problem reporting interface by NASA spacecraft technicians.

After studying the technical culture of NASA and the aerospace industry, we delivered multiple prototypes for an integrated problem reporting system, featuring distinct interfaces for specialized roles in the problem reporting process, from early detection to database retrieval. If accepted, they will be used during the next missions to the Moon and Mars.

We designed an innovative handheld interface for all amusement park customers, regardless of technological familiarity or age, by leveraging the intuitive interaction of tapping the device against familiar elements of a deeply interactive, context-aware environment.
